Who is Acute Technology Solutions?
Acute Technology Solutions has the distinction of being the first company produced by the MN3 collaborative effort. It was formed in 2023, and its purpose is to provide IT and business technology resources for financial institutions throughout the United States. While it may be a new company, its employees are all IT veterans with several years in the financial industry.
David Schouten
President/CEO
David has over 25 years of experience in providing IT services for financial institutions. Before becoming the President and CEO of Acute Technology Solutions, David held leadership positions at WSECU and Think Bank. Most recently, he was the SVP/CIO for First Alliance Credit Union in Rochester, Minnesota, where he oversaw the strategic direction on Information Technology, Digital Services and Risk Management.
Mike Jones
Senior Business Technology Consultant
Mike has 12 years of experience in the IT services field. At Acute Technology Solutions, he’s putting his experiences, especially as a professional services implementation specialist at Fiserv, to work as our in-house DNA core systems expert. Whether your financial institution needs help implementing DNA, converting your core system over to it, or merging data into the DNA system, Mike can make it happen.

Business Systems Analyst
Joe has over 10 years of experience in business systems analysis, project management and client relations. He has a strong focus in operational integrity, end-user experience and organizational success. At Acute Technology Solutions, he's putting his skills to work at overseeing system conversions, product expansions and training initiatives tailored to team needs.
